My leadership philosophy is simple and effective. As a non-competing broker, I'm completely devoted to supporting the professional and personal growth of each agent I work with. With an eye toward team retention and office-wide growth, I'm devoted to coaching associates no matter where they are in their careers and experience level.
As a former agent throughout the midlands, I understand what it takes to support my agents throughout all aspects of buying and selling. As a veteran of the restaurant hospitality industry, growing from kitchen staff to Area Supervisor for more than 270 employees, I also have the experience to cultivate individual and team growth toward ambitious goals.
